1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 500ks, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with all related policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These terms apply to all users of the 500ks platform without exception, covering access via web browser, Android and iOS mobile apps, and any other interface provided by 500ks from time to time. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation or other entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use the 500ks platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or above at the time of registration. 500ks strictly prohibits the involvement of minors in any form of betting or gaming.
• Register only one (1) personal account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
• Not prohibited by local or international law from participating in online betting activities.
• Has not previously had an account closed by 500ks for fraud, breach of terms, or platform abuse.
• Register with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 500ks. During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification, financial transaction processing, and account-related communications.

You are solely responsible for the security of your password and account login credentials. 500ks will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, please contact our support team immediately.

Phone and email verification are required during registration. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is automatically enabled for all withdrawals to protect your funds. You can manage these security settings directly from your account panel.

4 Deposits & Fund Withdrawals

500ks supports a range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, bank-to-bank transfers, and digital wallets listed on the platform. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit: Deposits are credited to your account automatically once payment is confirmed by your bank or payment processor. Processing times are typically within a few minutes for FPX and DuitNow methods.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes and credited to your bank account within that timeframe. The minimum withdrawal is RM50 and the daily maximum is RM50,000 for standard accounts. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• All deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method (matching rule) to prevent money laundering.
• 500ks does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals that fail due to incorrect account information may be subject to an administrative charge.
• In exceptional cases, 500ks reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified amount.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by 500ks are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective offer. The following general terms apply to all bonus types unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering requirement (rollover): All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. This requirement is typically between 5x and 20x the bonus amount, depending on the type of promotion.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a set validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One bonus per account: Each promotion may only be claimed once per account, IP address, device, or household.
• Abuse prohibition: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, coordinating between players, or placing opposing bets — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.
• Eligible wagering: Certain types of wagering may not count, or may only partially count, towards rollover requirements. Please refer to the specific promotion terms for more details.

6 Wagering & Game Rules

All betting and gaming activity on 500ks must be conducted in accordance with the rules set for each game type or market. Bet settlements are made based on official results obtained from accredited and internationally recognised data sources.

For Sports Betting, 500ks uses odds that are updated in real time. Bets accepted and confirmed by the system at a specific odds value are final — any odds changes after a bet is accepted will not affect existing bets. In the event of a technical disruption during a live event, 500ks reserves the right to void or suspend the affected bets at our sole discretion.

• All bets accepted by the system are considered valid and binding.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and your VIP membership status.
• Bets placed through unauthorised technical means or by exploiting system bugs will be voided.
• Cash out is available for selected sports betting markets, subject to availability and system approval.

7 Prohibitions & Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 500ks platform and may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and appropriate legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under your own name or through a third party.
• Using robot software, automated scripts, artificial intelligence, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain a financial advantage.
• Committing payment fraud, including the use of stolen or unauthorised credit cards or bank accounts.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or cheat the betting system.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

500ks reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Users may also request self-closure of their account at any time by contacting the 500ks support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal once all required checks have been completed. However, any balance tied to bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements is not eligible for withdrawal.

Under the responsible gaming program, users may apply for self-exclusion for a set period or permanently. Permanently excluded accounts cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

9 Limitation of Liability

500ks provides its betting and gaming platform on an as-is basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, free from errors, or meet any specific user expectations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 500ks is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of anticipated winnings, service interruptions, or data inaccuracies.

• 500ks's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total net deposits made by that user in the 12 months prior to the claim arising.
• 500ks is not responsible for technical issues beyond our control, including internet service disruptions, user device problems, or third-party interference.
• Finalised game results and settled bets cannot be disputed on grounds of technical disruption unless there is clear evidence of a system failure on 500ks's part.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

500ks takes the protection of users' personal data seriously. All personal information collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Your data is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, service communications, and platform improvement. 500ks does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Amendments to Terms

500ks reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notice or email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the 500ks platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance before the changes take effect.
